Guidelines in HowToContribute. What we need first perhaps is a good plot, so suggestions can go into ThePlot. Next we need some characters. Guess where? TheCharacters. Anything else can go into the SuggestionBox for now. If you're ready to write, go to TheStory and start. Easy as that.

Language.

The book's language is English. Not speaking English today is equivalent to not speaking Latin during the Middle-Ages in Europe. Having said that, raw contributions may be in any language the wiki and the hell-wiki community in particular accepts. I can decipher some of the commonest European languages and, what I can’t understand, other contributors are welcome to translate (or select passages they like). But don’t forget, all this takes time and may get swamped. So, the recommendation is: Even if your English is very bad (and I mean you too Ma), try to express your idea as clearly as you can with the words you know.

Racism, flaming, trolling...

Not really sure here. Ideally, racists, extremists, bellicists and so on are wanted. We'll have to play this one by ear. Although it has the potential for becoming a forum for hatred and other unconstructive attitudes, the wiki and novel are themselves intended to be neither racist, hate-motivated, or anti anything.
